Position Description

Established in 2004, Fraterna has extensive experience delivering rural development programs in Timor-Leste.  Their main activities centre around food security rural livelihoods and income generation.

Fraterna management and staff are highly motivated with a vision for improvement of the lives of local communities in rural Timor-Leste. Over the past 10 years, the organisation has evolved and gained experience and would now like to develop their own, Timorese strategic vision with local communities.  

To improve skills in strategic and project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation you will require extensive experience working community development projects.
