Position Description Organisational Development Mentor & Trainer – Disability
Make a difference working alongside blind and visually impaired people in Timor-Leste.
Use your skills to further the good work of Fuan Nabilan.
Fuan Nabilan (‘Shining Heart’) was formally established as a foundation to support education, training and independent livelihoods for blind and visually impaired people in Timor-Leste. Their mission now is to grow and strengthen their organisation structure to continue facilitating education and generating job opportunities for blind people in Timor-Leste.
To meet the needs of the organisation, they have requested an Australian volunteer with experience in; Organisational development and management; Developing funding strategies and drafting funding proposals. Experience working in disability sector or with disability organisations would be advantageous.
