Governance for Development Support Services
Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to work in a team of highly skilled professionals in support of the Governance for Development (GfD) program.
Through the GfD program, the Australian Government is assisting the Government of Timor-Leste to implement its Strategic Development Plan by working with central agencies to improve systems that are most important to economic management and service delivery.
The Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will provide technical assistance and strategic direction on monitoring, learning and evaluation of program activities to the GfD team.
This is a locally engaged staff position and will be based in Dili. Applicants should have a tertiary qualification along with relevant Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation work experience. The contract will be until 30 June 2017.
