Governance for Development Support Services
Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking an experienced and professional Economist to support the Governance for Development (GfD) program.
Through the GfD program, the Australian Government is assisting the Government of Timor-Leste to implement its Strategic Development Plan by working with central agencies to improve systems that are most important to economic management and service delivery.
The objective of the Economist is to provide management and coordination of MECAE activities in order to facilitate planning and implementation of the economic reform agenda.
Applicants should have tertiary qualification in the field of economics, management, development studies along with relevant experience in development and understanding of economic related issues, project management and analytical skills.
This is a Dili-based locally engaged staff position. Timor-Leste nationals and personnel eligible to work in Timor-Leste may apply.
