Governance for Development Support Services
Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager to support the Governance for Development (GfD) program.
Through the GfD program, the Australian Government is assisting the Government of Timor-Leste to implement its Strategic Development Plan by working with central agencies to improve systems that are most important to economic management and service delivery.
The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the GfD Support Services (GfDSS) office and manage support to advisers and activities such as workshops, meetings, training, travel and translations. Office management responsibilities will span administration, recruitment, purchasing, asset management, records, IT, security and logistics. The Office Manager will supervise a small team and will work closely with the GfD Management team and the Cardno Melbourne office to ensure effective delivery of services and compliance with Cardno and Australian Government policies.
Applicants should have a tertiary qualification along with relevant experience in a range of corporate, HR and office management functions.
This is a Dili-based locally engaged staff position. Timor-Leste nationals and personnel eligible to work in Timor-Leste may apply.
