Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking an experienced and professional National HR Adviser (Civil Service Commission) to support the Governance for Development (GfD) program.
Through the GfD program, the Australian Government is assisting the Government of Timor-Leste to implement its Strategic Development Plan by working with central agencies to improve systems that are most important to economic management and service delivery.
The objective of the National HR Adviser is to provide guidance and support to the CSC to develop and implement their five-year strategic plan in support of the government’s public administration reform agenda.
Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in a field related to human resources, public administration or personnel management, along with extensive knowledge of Timor-Leste civil service laws, policies and systems.
This is a Dili-based locally engaged staff position. Timor-Leste nationals and personnel eligible to work in Timor-Leste may apply.
