World Vision Timor Leste, a non-profit Christian Humanitarian Organization, committed to working with the poor and vulnerable, is seeking an experienced and qualified consultant to preparing for an evaluation of an agro-forestry project with a significant climate change focus and is seeking an experienced and qualified consultant to lead this evaluation. The lead consultant will have a demonstrated knowledge of agro-forestry systems with the ability to assess the impact on climate change. The evaluation field work is scheduled for February 2016 with the final report due in by end of March 2016. The consultancy involves up to 20 days of work (total), which includes field work in rural locations of between 7-10 days.
