The Project Manager will join the Catalpa team as part of an exciting phase of growth for the organisation as we implement the Professional Learning and Mentoring Program and the Nutrition Collective Impact Pilot (NCIP).

The Project Manager (Education and Nutrition) will be responsible for the successful implementation of the PLMP program. The position will also work closely with the Project Manager (M&E) to implement and manage the NCIP program. They will also be expected to engage with stakeholders and key partners, including the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Ministry of Health and NGOs.

Duties will include:
• Overall leadership and management responsibility for the implementation of the NCIP and PLMP programs;
• Program related financial management ;
• Preparing reports and gathering data for donor reports and requests;
• Working collaboratively with donor, stakeholders and government personnel to ensure projects are implemented in a transparent, coordinated and efficient manner;
